Yes OmniTag uses the Apple Find My and Google Find Hub networks which means it leverages millions of devices worldwide to pinpoint your item's location. It's the same technology trusted by millions of people globally.
OmniTag uses the Apple Find My and Google Find Hub crowd-sourced networks to determine location. In busy suburban and urban areas with lots of devices nearby accuracy is typically within 10-40 metres — close enough to locate a stolen vehicle to a specific street or parking area. In rural or remote areas with fewer devices nearby accuracy may be reduced. It's worth noting that OmniTag is a smart tag tracker not a dedicated standalone GPS unit. It works by communicating with nearby Apple and Android devices to update its location. The more devices around it the more frequently and accurately it updates. For most everyday uses finding a parked car, locating keys, tracking a pet in a neighbourhood the accuracy is excellent. For vehicle theft specifically it gives you a strong location to work with when contacting police.
Simply download the Find My app (Apple) or Google Find Hub (Android) and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your OmniTag. Most customers are up and running in under 2 minutes no tools or technical knowledge needed.
OmniTag works with virtually anything! Use the magnetic attachment to hide it on your car, motorbike, or any metal surface. Use the keychain attachment for keys, bags, luggage, backpacks, or clip it onto your pet's collar like a regular tag. If you can attach a keychain to it OmniTag can track it.
The OmniTag uses a replaceable CR2025 battery lasting 2-30 days depending on usage frequency. Simply swap it out at any supermarket for under $2 just like a watch battery.
Each OmniTag tracks one item at a time. For multiple items simply purchase additional OmniTags many customers buy 2 or 3 to protect their car, keys, and bag all at once.
Yes OmniTag is dual compatible and works with both Apple AND Android. For iPhone open the Find My app (requires iOS 14.5 or above). For Android download the Google Find Hub app and follow the pairing instructions. Make sure Bluetooth and location services are turned on during setup on both devices.
Make sure your phone meets the minimum requirements. For iPhone: iOS 14.5 or above with Bluetooth turned on. For Android: Google Find Hub app installed with location services enabled. We are going to use it on a model RC glider tow line as we use farms and we don't want sheep or cattle eating the line so we have attached it to the line.

Didn’t realize how often I misplaced things until I could find them in seconds with OmniTag.
I keep one in my suitcase and always know exactly where my luggage is when I travel.
OmniTag completely changed my mornings. No more panicking over lost keys before work.
It isn’t 100% like the adds say. It still picks up on Bluetooth devices around it so works the same as an air tag or smart tag. Customers phones say there is something following it but they can’t ring it like the can the air tag. For reference I run hire trailers
